Distance learning technologies (DLT) are educational technologies that implemented with the use of informational and communicational tools through the mediated (at a distance) or partly mediated interaction between student and teacher.
Eurasian Law Academy allows the students to get a higher education:
• while on the job and with family
• using IT-technologies in the learning process
• by independently planning the intensity of the training
• in highly demanded specialties in one of the best law schools of Kazakhstan
• acquire a second higher education
• receive a state diploma
Academic year starts on September 1 and ends in accordance with the academic calendar.
Access to educational materials can be obtained via an automated learning management system (ASUO) Tamos. Internet link - http://tus.vuzkunaeva.kz.

Educational process
The educational process is organized on the basis of the working curriculumof the specialty, which is developed in accordance with the requirements of the state standards on education and is approved by the head of educational organization.
The use of distance learning technologies (DLT) requires an independent study of academic disciplines by students under the guidance of a tutor-teacher with the use of training and practical tools of DLT, as well as the use of modern informational technologies (computer, telecommunications, etc..).
Consultations are held through the remote person-to-person interaction method or through the use of other information and communication technologies.

Students who have completed the requirements of the state standards on education and completed the program on the chosen specialty in accordance with the individual curriculum and passed the final examination, are given certificate of higher education.
Following students permitted to take exam:
1. those who passed the boundary control, passed preliminary test, completed all courseworks, etc;
2. those who made the advance payment of 50% of tuition fees before the end of first semester, and made the down payment of remaining 50% before the end of the 2 semester.
The schedule of the boundary control and examinations is drawn in accordance with the academic calendar and all students are notified about it in advance via e-mail by the CDL personnel. Should there be any delay with the passing of exams students are kindly requested to notify the CDL personnel by e-mail.
Transferring from course to course
Those students studying via distance learning technologies, who completed the curriculum requirements of the course and scored minimum points are transferred to the next course by the order of the rector. The transfer is possible only when pre or down payment for the current academic year is done.
Terms of payment are stipulated by the agreement on education.

Try to establish email contact with the CDL, most of the issues can be solved without having to visit the school; it will save your time and money;
Leave your personal e-mail address;
Check the connection before you leave home;
Discuss all the nuances of remote communication with DLC personnel and your tutors/teachers;
Check your mailbox regularly. Soon you will realize how convenient it is;
