The founder and the founder of the Academy, doctor of legal Sciences, Professor Jalairi Omirali Shakarapuly started his scientific-pedagogical activity as an assistant of the law faculty of KazGU. S. M. Kirov, and later became the head of the Department of "constitutional and administrative law", and then the rector of the Academy, passed all the main stages of becoming a major legal scholar and an outstanding organizer. Omirali Shakarapuly holds a special place in the galaxy of modern progressive-minded public figures of our country. He is an honored worker of the Republic of Kazakhstan, an honorary citizen of Eskelda, Kerbulak districts and Almaty region.

Since 2003, Professor Zhalairi has been a member of the Council for legal policy under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and actively participates in the discussion of topical issues for the entire country of building Kazakhstan as a true state of law. In 2005, the Republican Association "Lawyers for fair elections" was formed.Omirali Shakarapuly Zhalairi was elected as the Chairman of the Board and the Chairman of the coordinating Council of The Committee for monitoring the elections of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Almaty region.

In 2007, at the stage of constitutional reform, Professor Zhalairi goda was a member of the Working group on the development of changes and additions to the current Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In 2017, Professor Zhalairi was appointed a member of the Working Commission on the redistribution of powers between the branches of government. Professor Zhalairi is the President of the Kazakhstan criminological Association and a representative from Central Asia and Kazakhstan in the Union of criminologists and criminologists of Russia, a member of the International Union of lawyers.

Under his leadership, 5 doctoral and 66 master's theses were successfully defended. He is a corresponding member of the Peter's Academy of Sciences and art (Saint Petersburg), an academician Of the Academy of Sciences of the higher school of Kazakhstan, and a full member of the Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Kazakhstan. Professor Zhalairi, for services to national science and contribution to the development of national education, was awarded orders, medals, badges: the order "Kurmet"; honorary title and medal " Honored worker of the Republic of Kazakhstan»; the jubilee medal "the 10th anniversary of the Constitution, the 15th anniversary of Kazakhstan police", "the 20th anniversary of the Constitution"; the medal of Kyrgyz state law Academy "of UKOK"; order of the Russian Federation "Benefit, honor and glory"; badges: "excellence in education of the Republic of Kazakhstan" and "For merits in development of science of Kazakhstan", as well as the letter of thanks of the President of Kazakhstan, diplomas of the MES RK and other state bodies.

Darkhambayeva Kashipa Rahimbekova Vice – rector for financial issues.

In 1979, she graduated from The Kirov state University, faculty of law. From 1968 to 1982, she worked in the Executive Committee of the district Council of Talda-Korgan district, in the district administration of Leninsky district of Almaty as a chief accountant. From 1982 to 1989, she worked at the Abai KazPI as a head of the personnel Department and legal adviser. From 1990 to 1994, she served as a legal adviser at the al Farabi KazNU.

Having extensive practical experience in higher education, she is one of the founders of the Academy. From 1993 to the present, he holds the position of Vice-rector for financial Affairs and oversees the work of the financial and economic departments. During the years of her work at the Academy, she made a significant contribution to the development and strengthening of the material and technical base, to equipping technical training facilities and to the construction of new buildings. In 2003, the Ministry of education of the Republic of Kazakhstan was thanked for its significant personal contribution to the development of education. In 2008 awarded the medal "Honorary worker of education of the Republic of Kazakhstan". In 2017, the Republican Council for public awards and titles awarded the honorary title "excellent student of education", and also awarded the diploma of the mayor of Almaty for his contribution to the development of education and science.

Omirali Zhazira Omiralikyzy - first Vice-rector, doctor of law, associate Professor of the Department of civil law disciplines.

In 2000, she graduated from the Kazakh State Law Academy with a degree in law. In 2005, she completed postgraduate studies at the Kunaev University. In 2006, she defended her PhD thesis on "Judicial power in the state mechanism of the Republic of Kazakhstan". In 2007, she graduated from the bachelor's degree of the Institute. City on a speciality "Finance". In 2010, she defended her doctoral thesis. Topic "Judicial power in the state-organizational society: theoretical and legal, organizational bases of activity". She graduated from the al-Farabi Kazakh national University with a degree in Marketing. As well as the faculty of law of the University. D. A. Kunaeva-specialty law. Gulnar aitchanovna alibayeva was born on may 21, 1963 in the village of Karabulak, Almaty region. Doctor of law (2010), associate Professor (2002).

In 1982, she graduated from Taldykorgan law school with honors. In 1986, she successfully graduated from the Sverdlovsk law Institute. From 1986 to 1988, she worked as a lawyer for a Battery factory in Taldykorgan, and from September 1988 to 1995, as a teacher at the Taldykorgan law school. In 1995, she entered the graduate school of KazNU. al-Farabi and in 1998 defended her PhD thesis in the specialty 12.00.02. on the topic: "Development of the organizational and legal basis for the activities of local Executive bodies". Along with teaching, she held the positions of Dean of the University from 1998 to 2005, and scientific Secretary of the joint dissertation Council of the Kunaev University from 2001 to 2010.. In 2010, she defended her doctoral thesis on specialty 12.00.02 on the topic: "Theoretical problems of improving the legal status of Executive authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan". Since 2011, he has held the position of Vice-rector for research, and is a member of the UMO in the group of specialties "Law" of the Ministry of education and science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a member of the dissertation Council of the Kyrgyz state law Academy under the government of the Kyrgyz REPUBLIC, Bishkek.

For high performance in scientific, academic and educational work in 2003 alibaeva G. A. was awarded the badge "For contribution in development of science of the Republic of Kazakhstan", in 2012 – the diploma of the Minister and in 2012 was awarded the title of "Best University teacher". Awarded the jubilee medal for the 20th anniversary of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Ilyasova Baktygul Quanykyzy Vice – rector for educational and methodical work, candidate of legal Sciences, associate Professor.

Graduated from Kyzylorda state pedagogical University. Korkyt ATA in 1996. In 1999, she graduated from the Academic legal training Institute with a degree in Law. From 1999 to 2003, she studied at the graduate school of Kazgua. In 2008, at the dissertation Council of KazNU.al-Farabi defended her PhD thesis on the topic: "taxation Rules in the common law of the Kazakhs". Ilyasova B. K. has been engaged in scientific and pedagogical activities for more than 20 years. she has published more than 40 scientific articles, international publications, and 1 monograph. Member of the author's team for the preparation of Anthologies on the history of state and law of the Republic of Kazakhstan in 2017 (1 volume) and Anthologies on the history of state and law of foreign countries in 2017 (1 volume).
