Distance education

Distance education technologies (hereinafter referred to as DOT) - learning technologies implemented with the use of information and telecommunications tools with indirect (at a distance) or not completely mediated interaction between the student and the teacher.

The D. A. Kunaev Eurasian Law Academy allows you to get a higher education:

• using IT-technologies in the learning process
• independently planning the intensity of training

The beginning of the academic year is set from September 1 and ends in accordance with the academic calendar.

The learning process
The educational process is organized on the basis of the working curriculum of the specialty, which is developed in accordance with the requirements of the state mandatory standards of education and approved by the head of the educational organization.

The use of distance learning technologies (hereinafter referred to as DOT) involves students ' independent study of academic disciplines under the guidance of a tutor-teacher using educational and practical manuals intended for DOT, as well as modern means of communication and training (computer, telecommunications, etc.).

DOT consultations are conducted both in a contact way in the organization of education, and through information and communication technologies.

Students who have fully met the requirements of the state mandatory standards of education and have mastered the training program in the chosen specialty in accordance with the individual curriculum and passed the final certification are issued a state-issued certificate of education.

Students are allowed to take part in the examination session:

•  those who have passed the boundary control 1, 2, who have completed the control, term papers, SRS, etc.;
•  those who paid for the training 50% before the 1st session, and the remaining 50% before the 2nd session.

The CDO staff will notify you by e-mail about the deadlines for conducting boundary controls and exams in accordance with the academic calendar. In case of late delivery of the session, you need to notify the DCO staff in advance by e-mail.

Transfer from course to course
Students using distance education technologies, fully meet the requirements of the curriculum of each course and who had transfer marks are transferred to the next course by order of the rector in the presence of payment for the current academic year.

• Try to establish electronic contact with the CDO, many organizational issues can be solved without going to the place; this will save time and money;
• Leave your own email address;
• Check the connection before you go home;
• During the session, discuss all the nuances of remote communication with the staff of the CDO/tutors - teachers of disciplines;
• Train yourself to view your mailbox more often, after a while you will understand how convenient it is.
