Sustainable socio-economic development of the Russian Federation is one of the key elements of national security. The achievement of this goal is due to the solution of a set of tasks, including those related to ensuring the stability and security of the business sphere not only by civil law, but also by criminal law and procedural means.

It is proposed to discuss current theoretical and practical problems of the activities of judicial and law enforcement agencies to ensure economic security and criminal proceedings against entrepreneurs. On the one hand, new technologies are emerging, the structure of cooperation between the state and business is changing, and business models are being transformed, especially in the financial sector. On the other hand, the shortcomings that exist in practice due to gaps in the criminal and procedural legislation have not yet been resolved. A comprehensive approach to finding solutions to these problems will allow us to identify and offer the most effective substantive and procedural guarantees for the protection of the rights and legitimate interests of representatives involved in criminal proceedings.

Questions for discussion:
1. Business activity and economic security of the Russian Federation: the balance of private and public interests.

2. The role of the State in protecting the rights and legitimate interests of entrepreneurs from illegal criminal prosecution.

3. Abuse of the right to pressure the business.

4. Human rights activities to protect entrepreneurs from illegal pressure on business by criminal law means.

5. Problems of criminal liability for crimes committed by entrepreneurs.

6. The role of criminal and criminal procedure law in the prevention of crimes committed in the field of entrepreneurial activity.

7. Criminalization or decriminalization as a form of transformation of criminal legislation in the field of economic security.

8. Special procedural procedure for criminal proceedings against entrepreneurs.

9. Legal positions of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation and the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation on the application of criminal and criminal procedure legislation in the relations of entrepreneurs.
