Student Service Center
The Center advises students on academic issues throughout the academic period.

The Center is a place where each student gets answers to their questions.

The principles of the Center: confidentiality of the information received, cooperation based on trust, objectivity in resolving issues, providing reliable information.

The Center is about building a dialogue between the academy administration and its students in a new format.

Goals and objectives of the Center:

v high-quality and fast student service

v improving the functioning of the educational process

v supporting students in academic matters

v increasing the role of the student in the management of the educational process

v advise students in difficult situations and controversial issues during the educational process

v provide information support in building an educational trajectory

v inform students about innovations and changes in the university's regulatory and instructional documents

v providing complete information at the request of the student

Activities of the center:

v Acceptance and registration of applications;

v Review and processing of applications;

v Accepting applications for all types of documents (certificates, academic certificates, transcripts)

v Issuance of electronic student tickets, student transport card

To get help, you need to submit an application. The certificate is issued on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

Mon-Fri from 9: 00 to 17: 00

Sat from 9: 00 to 14: 00 (without lunch)

Lunch from 13: 00 to 14: 00

Students, undergraduates, graduates, applicants and their parents will be able to address all their questions. In particular: acceptance of documents, deductions, transfers, restorations, granting of academic leave, obtaining a certificate (all types) and a transcript, information on academic performance, etc.

For the first time in the 28-year history of education, Eurasian Law Academy named after D. A. Kunayev awarded diplomas of its own sample to graduates of 2021. In 2021, 836 students graduated from the Academy, 731 of them have an academic bachelor's degree, 15-a Master of Law, 90-a Master of Master of Legal Sciences.
