Zhalairi Omirali - Doctor of Law, Professor of the Department of Constitutional, International Law and Customs, founder of the D.A. Eurasian Law Academy Kunaev. Professor Zhalairi Omirali Shakarapuly began his scientific and pedagogical activity as an assistant at the Faculty of Law of Kazakh State University named after C. M. Kirov, and later becoming the head of the department of constitutional and administrative law of Kazakh State University, and then the rector of the D.A. Eurasian Law Academy Kunaev, went through all the main stages of the path of becoming a major legal scholar and an outstanding organizer.

Zhalairi Omirali occupies a special place in the galaxy of modern progressively minded public figures of our country, is an honored figure of the Republic of Kazakhstan, an honorary citizen of the Eskeldinsky, Kerbulak districts and Almaty region. Since 2003, Professor Zhalairi has been a member of the Legal Policy Council under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and has been actively involved in the discussion of issues relevant to the whole country for building Kazakhstan as a truly legal state. From 2005 to 2019, he was the chairman of the board of the Republican association “Lawyers for Fair Elections”, the chairman of the Coordinating Council of the Committee on Monitoring the Presidential Elections of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Almaty Region. In 2007, Professor Zhalairi was a member of the Working Group on the development of amendments and additions to the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In 2017, Professor Zhalairi was appointed a member of the working commission on the redistribution of powers between the branches of government under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Professor Zhalairi is the President of the Kazakhstan Criminological Association and a representative from Central Asia and Kazakhstan in the Union of Criminologists and Criminologists of Russia, a member of the International Union of Lawyers. He is the author of more than 200 scientific works (monographs, textbooks, study guides, etc.), under his leadership 5 doctoral and 66 candidate dissertations were successfully defended by applicants.

Duysenov Erkin - Professor, Advisor to the Rector of the D.A. Eurasian Law Academy Kunaeva, author of more than 250 scientific and journalistic works on the problems of state and law, including Commentary on the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On the Civil Service of the Republic of Kazakhstan” (Almaty, 2017). Duysenov E. is a well-known scientist in Kazakhstan in the field of state law. He prepared 32 candidates and 5 doctors of law. He was awarded with the breastplate Y. Bekbaev Erzat - Doctor of Law, born in 1947, he was graduated in 1976 from the Law Faculty of KazGU named after CM. Kirov. In 1992 he defended his thesis on "The legal status of the Republican Academy of Sciences (on the example of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan)." Аldibekov Zhapar - Doctor of Law, Professor of the Department of Constitutional, International Law and Customs affairs.

Mamyrova Saltanat - Master of Laws, lecturer at the Department of Constitutional, International Law and Customs.

1999-2004 - graduated from the Faculty of History and Philology of Kazgoszhenpi with a degree in Kazakh language and Kazakh literature.

2006 -entered KazNAU University with a degree in Economics and Finance, specializing in jurisprudence "with honors, having defended his thesis on" scientific and theoretical aspects of relations between the state and civil society. "

For the first time in the 28-year history of education, Eurasian Law Academy named after D. A. Kunayev awarded diplomas of its own sample to graduates of 2021. In 2021, 836 students graduated from the Academy, 731 of them have an academic bachelor's degree, 15-a Master of Law, 90-a Master of Master of Legal Sciences.
