Organization and control of the educational process in the Master's program;

The creation of a unified registration service at the university is another step towards bringing the quality of education in the UAC closer to international standards. The Office Registration Department is a structural division of the D. A. Kunaev Eurasian Law Academy, whose mission is to promote the Academy's educational services with an individual approach to each student. The strategic goal of the office registration department is to ensure the improvement of the quality of education in the training of highly qualified specialists who are competitive in the modern labor market.
The office-registration department is the next stage of the introduction of a modern credit system of training aimed at improving the quality of professional training of students, the comprehensive development of their creative abilities. The new credit system allows the student to take an active part in the educational process and form an individual learning trajectory.
The office-registration department is a structural division of the Academy consisting of the head of the department Tuilebayeva Nazym Ramazanovna, the specialist of the department Seilkhanova Dana Erlanovna, supervised by the first vice-rector of the Doctor of Law Omirali Zhazira Omiralikyzy and the vice-rector for educational and methodical work of the Candidate of Law Ilyasova Baktygul Kuanyshkyzy. Office-registration Department - a service that registers the entire history of educational achievements of a student from the moment of enrollment to graduation. Employees of the office-registration department provide advice to students and teachers on registration and re-registration for disciplines, as well as to issue transcripts reflecting the student's academic performance. In the office registration department, each student can receive timely and professional advice on any question related to their studies at a convenient time, which meets the requirements of the Bologna Process.

The main work of the department of Professional Practice and business career:
* expansion of social partnership, strengthening of the academy's relations with practice bases and other educational organizations, production;
* assistance to the departments of the academy in conducting educational and professional (pre-graduate) practice of students;
* providing assistance to students and graduates of the academy in career development and employment;
* coordination of the activities of the structural divisions of the Academy for the direct employment of graduates;
* forecasting the structure of demand in the labor market based on the results of the analysis of the labor market, determining the ratio of demand and supply of specialists in the regional and professional qualification context.
Functions of the Department of Practice and Employment:
* provides planning, organization and accounting of all types of practices together with departments;
* together with departments, concludes contracts for conducting professional practices, memoranda for cooperation with enterprises and organizations for the purpose of employment of graduates;
* distributes intern students together with the departments to the practice bases, prepares a submission for orders on sending students to professional practice;

The main part of improving the educational process is the computerization and informatization of the educational process. Distance learning of the Academy takes place in the automated learning management system (ASU TAMOS), which houses electronic educational and methodological complexes (EUMC) developed by university teachers. The EUMC includes tests, electronic textbooks, and everything that a student needs for high-quality education.
The CDO provides an opportunity to get a modern education system from remote regions of Kazakhstan via the Internet, with the help of the TAMOS ASU program. Access to the training materials can be obtained in the automated learning management system (ASM) Tamos 87.255.197.219 on the Internet.
For the first time in the 28-year history of education, Eurasian Law Academy named after D. A. Kunayev awarded diplomas of its own sample to graduates of 2021. In 2021, 836 students graduated from the Academy, 731 of them have an academic bachelor's degree, 15-a Master of Law, 90-a Master of Master of Legal Sciences.
