Dear library users!
Readers (users) - students of all forms of education, undergraduates, teaching staff, researchers, employees of the Academy have the right to:
-Free use of the main types of library and information services;
- to receive complete information about the composition of the library funds through the system of catalogs and card files and other forms of library information;

Readers are obliged to treat books, other printed works, electronic publications and other materials obtained from the library funds with care; - return them on time; - not to take them out of the library premises if they are not recorded in the reader's form or in the reader's electronic card, other accounting documents; - Upon receipt of books, other printed works and other materials, readers should carefully review them and, if any defects are found, inform the librarian on duty; otherwise, the responsibility for damaging the books is borne by the reader who used the publication of the latter.
- Readers responsible for the loss or unintentional damage to publications, documents and other materials are obliged to: replace them with the same publications, documents and materials; or pay to the cashier of the Academy in 3 times the amount.
2. Rights and obligations of the Academy library
- The library in its activities ensures the implementation of the rights of readers (users), established by paragraphs 1.1; 1.2.
- The library serves its readers (users) in accordance with the Regulations on the Academy's library and the Rules for using the Academy's library.
- for full-time students, the library card is the only document that gives the right to use the library.

Full-time and part-time students of the faculty of master's training are given scientific and educational literature in the amount of up to 8 books for a period of one month;
- Rare and valuable editions, control (last) copy of the edition are not subject to home delivery.
- Readers who did not return books on time, in accordance with clause 4.2.1. Pay penalty in the amount of 50 tenge - for each delayed day and paid to the cashier of the Academy in the direction.
1. General Provisions
1.1. Library of the Eurasian Law Academy named after D.A. Kunaeva, hereinafter referred to as the Library, forms, stores funds in the thematic areas of the educational process and research activities of the Academy and organizes access to them.
1.2. The terms of use of the Academy Library determine the procedure for serving readers, the rights and obligations of the library and its users.
2. Library users and their rights
2.1. The right to use the subscription and reading rooms of the library is granted to all categories of full-time students, undergraduates (except for clause
2.2), on the basis of a library or student card, as well as full-time teachers and employees of the Academy.
2. Teachers and staff, as well as those working at the Academy on the terms of a civil law contract and not on the staff, distance and correspondence students are given the right to use the library on the basis of documents confirming their identity.
3. Users of the Academy Library have the right:
3.1. Use free of charge the main types of library and information services provided by the Library;
3.2. Receive educational and scientific literature on a subscription in accordance with these Rules;
3.3. Receive complete information about the composition of the Library funds through the system of catalogs and card indexes and other forms of library information;
3.4. Receive advice in finding and choosing sources of information;
3.5. Use computer technology intended for users of the Library;
3.6. Make proposals for improving the activities of the Library;
4. User responsibility Users are required to:
4.1. Comply with these Rules;
4.2. Take care of documents, equipment, furniture and other material values in the Library;
4.3. Do not take out documents from the premises of the Library, if they are not allowed for taking out and are not recorded in the forms or other accounting documents of users, as well as technical means and components that are the property of the Academy;
4.4. Do not make notes, underlines in documents; do not tear out, do not bend pages, do not rip off bar codes, etc.;
4.5. Do not violate the arrangement of documents in open access funds;
4.6. Do not remove cards from catalogs and file cabinets;
4.7. Disable mobile phones when entering the library reading rooms;
4.8. Observe the rules for using technical means;
4.9. Maintain public order, silence and cleanliness in the Library;
4.10. Do not bring food, drinks (except for bottled water with a lid) and do not use them in the premises of the Library;
4.11. Upon receipt of books - carefully check them and, if any defects are found, report this to the duty librarian. Otherwise, the user who last used them is responsible for damage to documents;
4.12. Upon expulsion from the University Academy and leaving for a long period (business trip, academic leave, etc.), the user is obliged to return all the documents listed for him to the Library, and in case of expulsion or dismissal, return the library card and sign the detour sheet;
4.13. Users responsible for the loss / damage of books or technical means are obliged to replace them with the same publications or technical means, and if it is impossible to replace them, they are obliged to reimburse in 3 times the market value of the book; (Order No. 026 dated 09/08/2015)
4.14. Users who have violated the terms for returning the books, pay a penalty in the amount of 50 tenge to the cash desk of the accounting department for each overdue day (Order No. 026 of 09/08/2015)
5. Obligations of the Library
5.1. Informs users about all types of services provided by it;
5.2. Improves library and information-bibliographic services for readers, using modern technology and modern technologies;
5.3. Provides high quality service;
5.4. Creates and maintains a comfortable working environment for users;
5.5. Ensures the safety of funds that are part of the national cultural heritage;
5.7. Monitors the timely return of documents issued to users;
5.8. Provides users with information about their activities in the formation and use of funds.
6. Procedure for issuing literature
6.1. To order and receive documents for a subscription, the user presents a library or student card.
6.2. Educational and scientific literature is issued to users who have a permanent library card for a period of up to 1 month in an amount not exceeding 8 editions, while the reader signs the book form, putting down the date and surname.
6.3. Fiction is issued on a subscription to readers who have a library card for a period of up to 1 month in an amount of no more than 3 copies.
6.4. Documents from the fund of rare books and manuscripts, encyclopedias, dictionaries and reference books, dissertations and abstracts, the only and last copies are not handed out.
6.5. Upon receipt of the documents, the reader must carefully check them and, if any defects are found, inform the librarian about this, who is obliged to make appropriate notes on the form. Otherwise, the responsibility for damaging the documents is borne by the reader who used them last.
6.6. During the summer holidays, all literature issued for the academic year must be returned to the Library no later than July 15th.
6.7. Teachers can extend the term for using documents during the summer holidays in agreement with the head of the library.
6.8. The reader can use periodicals located in the public domain.
6.9. In the open access, the user himself picks up the documents he needs from the shelf and, after working with them, returns them to their place without disturbing the arrangement.
6.10. Periodicals from the subsidiary fund are issued at the verbal request of the reader, who must correctly indicate the title, year of publication and its number.
7. Rules for the use of automated workstations in the Electronic Resources Hall
7.1. Users working at the automated workstations of the Electronic Resources Hall are prohibited from:
7.1.1. Install any software on computers;
7.1.2. Play computer games;
7.1.3. Use computers and other technical means for purposes not related to the learning process or professional activity.
7.2. Users are allowed to:
7.2.1. Bring laptop computers, headphones into the reading rooms;
7.2.2. Introduce into the reading rooms optical disks, floppy disks, USB drives, the content of which is directly related to the learning process or professional activity.
7.3. Readers are obliged to inform the library employee about computer failures, and not to fix them on their own.
7.4. The working time of the user who has gained access to the computer in the Electronic Resources Hall is limited to 2 hours in. If there is no queue, the working time is extended.
7.5. Library staff are not responsible for user files stored on a computer or network location
7.6. The user is obliged to complete work on the computers located in the Electronic Resources Hall 15 minutes before the hall closes.
