APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS: 

1. Document on education (certificate, diploma) – (original);

2. Identity card - (copy);

3. Photos 3x4 - 6 pieces;

4. Medical certificate (Form: 086U), fluorography picture, 063 from (only for full-time students);

5. Certificate of UNT / CT (after high school and college);

6. Copy of the military registration certificate (for military service, only for full-time students);

7. The advance payment of 25% of the annual tuition.

Academy Admissions office is open daily from 09.00 to 18.00 without a break for lunch seven days a week from June 20 to August 25.
